- If you’ve seen breastfeeding recently, chances are, you saw the cradle hold. It’s the most known, and the most pictured in the media. These are some things to know about it.
- Cross cradle
- The cross cradle position
- This is an old favorite before some of the new variations came to be. Use it when you need more control, or when you need to change arms. Go from here to other positions or use it inbetween for you busy lifestyle.

- This great position packs a secret punch – trick a baby who prefers one side to nurse from the other. It’s also got a great view of baby’s face and mouth!
